Hello and welcome!

My name is Elke Neuenhaus. I have been a counsellor and therapist for more than 10 years now and since January 2004 I have had my own practice.

On these pages you will find information about the therapies I offer.

I have extensive experience in therapeutic and counselling work with individuals, couples, children, teenagers and groups.

The foundation of my practice is Gestalt and Dance Therapy. My intuitive approach enables my clients to really listen to their inner voice in a climate of acceptance, respect and supportive challenge. It is important to me that I help my clients appreciate themselves and improve their self-esteem. As well as talking through concerns, attention is given to other aspects that enable clients to gain perspective about their needs. This may include feelings, breath, body awareness, images, dreams and creative expression. Solutions can be found and established in your every day life.
